• Help with hiring at least 1-2 new sales representatives.

• Weekly report of total sales activity for entire Sales team is filled out and presented to Executive Team.
• Each member of the sales team meets KPI benchmarks (otherwise sales rep receives PIP), reports KPIs daily, and is properly coached, including role play.

Marketing

• Own media buying for national linear cable TV campaigns from end to end
• Identify, negotiate, and secure highly efficient DR inventory across cable networks and dayparts
• Optimize buys for cost-per-lead and ROAS, not just impressions or GRPs
• Coordinate with internal growth team to align buys with landing pages, creative, and call tracking
• Monitor pacing, air dates, clearance rates, and performance daily
• Manage relationships with TV networks, rep firms, and DR media sellers
• Test and scale new stations, programs, and formats based on performance
• Report on KPIs including spend, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and return on ad spend
• Drive high-volume, low-cost leads at strong CPLs and ROAS

Chief of Staff

• Launch and manage one-off growth experiments across channels (e.g., cold outreach tests, landing page A/Bs)
• Lead the rollout of new systems and tools (e.g., creative tracking, naming conventions, vendor onboarding)
• Own competitive research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support pricing experiments, partnership pilots, and go-to-market launches

• Understand our client’s journey as a lead buyer at Property Leads
• Follow all Property Leads policies when handling customer support inquiries
• Work closely with our refund team to resolve a refund dispute that the lead buyer declined
• Update clients’ accounts when a setting that is not accessible in the client portal needs to be changed
• Face and handle conflict professionally
• Keep track of all customer's requests and inquiries
• Work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Sales Manager & sales team to maintain or improve monthly retention rate
• Communicate high-priority information promptly and escalate high-priority clients when necessary
• Help develop metrics for tracking brand & product likeness
• Respond to customer complaints/inquiries within 30 minutes and resolve within 24 hours or as soon as possible
