Outbound Sales Rep
Property LeadsOutbound Sales Representative engaging real estate investors and affiliates for Property Leads. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and managing CRM.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound calls, send emails/texts, prospect on social media, and conduct follow-ups to connect with new leads
- Qualify prospects and clearly communicate our value proposition
- Manage and organize pipeline in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Schedule and hand off calls to closers or conduct demos depending on lead readiness
- Document all touchpoints and maintain accurate CRM notes
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine the outbound strategy and hit team goals
- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of outbound or commission-based sales experience
- 200+ outbound dials a day
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, sending emails, and engaging in live chat/text
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and follow up consistently
- Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
- Open to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement
