About the role

  • Process payments and ensure accuracy and efficiency of invoicing processes for business clients
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and reporting
  • Process customer timesheets to accurately generate invoices for business clients
  • Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows and client experience
  • Address and resolve support issues related to invoicing and timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer systems and SOPs; assist with development of SOPs to streamline payment processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management or as a Payment Specialist
  • Experience with payroll platforms and data entry
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to generate and interpret custom reports related to timesheets, invoicing, and pending adjustments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as business operations and product development
  • Proactive self-starter with a results-driven mindset and willingness to work hands-on to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to operational excellence and compliance with SOPs
