About the role
- Source, attract, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial roles (full-cycle recruitment)
- Coordinate with Territory Operations Team to understand customer needs
- Communicate with users on the app to fill open positions
- Make high volume calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team
- Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and make quick decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Strong English speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort with high volume calling to workers across different time zones
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic; ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for workers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to tackle tasks hands-on
- Flexibility to be placed where demand is highest with minimal downtime
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
