About the role
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles
- Coordinate with Territory Operations Team to understand customer needs
- Communicate with users on the app to fill open positions
- Make high volume calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team
- Perform repetitive daily tasks consistently and with attention to detail
- Adapt to be placed where demand is highest with little downtime
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment requiring quick decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Strong English speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort with high-volume calling to workers across different time zones
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks daily with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet demand with minimal downtime
- Strong work ethic and ability to balance multiple critical tasks under pressure
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for workers
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
