About the role
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles
- Coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs
- Communicate with users on the app to fill open positions
- Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team
- Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and make quick decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong English speaking skills
- Strong work ethic; ability to balance multiple critical tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for workers
- Adaptability and willingness to be placed where demand is highest with minimal downtime
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls across different time zones
