About the role
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles
- Source, attract, and place top talent for light industrial sector
- Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs
- Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions
- Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team
- Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and make quick decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics
- Strong English speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort with high-volume calling to workers across different time zones
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for our workers
- Adaptability and willingness to be placed where demand is highest with minimal downtime
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
