About the role

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and reporting
  • Process timesheets from customers to accurately generate invoices for business clients
  • Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows
  • Address and resolve support issues related to invoicing and timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with the development of SOPs to streamline internal payment processes and invoicing accuracy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management, or as a Payment Specialist
  • Experience with payroll platforms and data entry
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to generate and interpret custom reports related to timesheets, invoicing, and pending adjustments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (business operations, product)
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset and results-driven approach
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to operational excellence
