Human Resources

• Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational design consultation
• Conducts and documents internal investigations, makes recommendations including review/approval of employee terminations
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Assist with the investigation and response to all legal demands and Federal/State charges
• Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc.
• Assist HRBP/Director in evaluating issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e., training to address certain needs
• Partners with Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for clients
• Conducts research and ensures compliance with all state and federal discrimination and employment regulations
• Completes and adjudicates ADA Interactive Reviews in partnership with HRBP
• Administers unemployment insurance processes, reviews liability reports, monitors program costs and recommends policy changes to the director of human resources
• Assist with developing and administrating of all company internal policies and procedures

Human Resources Generalist

Accountant

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts.
• Cross-train for coverage of other accounting functions.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Perform weekly and monthly expense review process.
• Act as a contact person for markets and other internal departments.
• Assist with external financial audit.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

Procurement

• Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract compliance for indirect spend.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk for non-contract spend.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with center-supported governance policies.
• Support supplier performance reviews and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation and process improvement.
• Assist in implementing procurement systems and tools for indirect purchasing efficiency.

Buyer – Indirect Procurement

Manager

• Develop relationships with business leaders across the organization to understand and document service-level requirements as inputs to procurement strategy.
• Act as a collaborative leader representing Procurement with a client-serving attitude.
• Manage supplier performance for indirect categories, including cost, quality, delivery, and contract compliance; support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and ensure accountability to performance goals.
• Develop category-specific procurement strategies to reduce organizational risk and drive performance improvements, focusing on lowering Total Cost of Ownership (including service costs, transactional, and logistical costs).
• Create dashboards to track and report on effectiveness of indirect procurement initiatives.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to assess change impact and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
• Categorize and analyze indirect spend for sourcing and process improvement opportunities.
• Act as subject matter expert for supplier capabilities in indirect categories; partner with internal Coupa SMEs to optimize utilization across departments.
• Align Coupa catalogs and content to supplier contracts and service selections.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
• Collaborate with operations and functional teams to expand existing service programs or develop new plans with strategic partners.
• Lead projects implementing new contracted programs and process improvements.
