Payroll

• Client service: acting as a point of contact for clients, resolving client queries, preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Managing documentation: ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintaining comprehensive client files and reports.
• Client account management: completing any additional client requests within set timeframes, including all client post-meeting actions.
• Completing transactions: performing trading independently, such as switches, withdrawals and contributions.
• Process management: undertaking all processes required within the Client Executive centre of excellence and managing all tasks.
• Liaising with providers: dealing professionally with third-party providers regarding transactions and submissions.
• Data and system management: using platforms and systems to complete your duties, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records. Maintaining the accuracy of our CRM and ensuring this is accurate and kept up to date.

Financial Planning Administrator

• Deliver exceptional client service: meet client demands, keep them up to date with progress, and engendering trust and respect.
• Deliver financial plans and advice: in accordance with Progeny’s regulatory standards and rules, you will communicate financial plans and advice cohesively, ensuring client engagement and understanding, whilst working towards agreed activity targets.
• Manage ongoing review processes: aligning all processes with client service agreements.
• Maintain compliance: creating and maintaining compliant client files where all communication is documented correctly.
• Provide intelligent and creative solutions: dealing with client issues in both a reactive and proactive manner.
• Be a pioneer for Progeny: learn, understand, and successfully articulate all aspects of the firm’s financial planning proposition.

Attorney

• Liaise with Clients: dealing with ongoing matters, queries and correspondence.
• Provide fee earners with the support they need to perform the task of providing legal services to clients.
• Contribute to fee earners' financial performance by proactively working with them to manage their matters in a timely manner.
• Undertake all matter management processes.
• Conflict checks and Client Due Diligence processes.
• Accurately completing the end-to-end Client Matter Inception (CMI) process and ensuring the preparation, completion and return of client onboarding documents.
• Finance administration, including invoicing and billing in line with the relevant timescales, and ensuring client correspondence on billing.
• Assist with transcribing and/or proofreading of legal/contractual documents and, where appropriate, drafting of documents.
• Identifying matters for closure and archiving completed files.
• Post-meeting triage of data for delivery into workflow.
• Adhere to firmwide and divisional Best Practice protocols.

• Produce regular and ad hoc people reports for senior stakeholders, including Board and Executive Committee
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends and insights across areas such as recruitment, retention, diversity, performance and engagement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility of key people metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and governance across HR systems and reporting outputs
• Support continuous improvement of data processes, reporting capabilities and automation
• Support delivery of statutory Gender Pay Gap reporting, including data validation, analysis and narrative development
• Contribute to remuneration benchmarking activities using external salary data
• Provide analytical support for the annual pay review process, including data preparation, modelling and scenario analysis
• Maintain and optimise HRIS reporting functionality (e.g. BambooHR)
• Build and maintain data models and tools to support analysis and reporting
• Ensure strong audit trails and compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements

• Analysing and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision-making
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Improving data quality through cleansing, validation, and robust processes
• Automating manual tasks using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and low-code solutions
• Managing and supporting data flows across systems, including API integrations
