About the role
- Design and execute strategies targeting hospital executives, IDNs, and new sites of care to drive capital adoption and program growth
- Serve as the primary partner to the US sales team, developing programs and solutions that showcase Aquablation's value
- Collaborate with Market Access and Product teams to develop and promote customer references that quantify product value
- Develop and lead commercialization of new business models and programs aligned with hospital needs
- Stay abreast of hospital industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
- Partner with marketing operations and analytics to ensure tracking and measurement of hospital-focused messaging, content, and campaigns
- Partner closely with surgeon, practice and hospital thought leaders to amplify Aquablation therapy value clinically, economically, operationally and strategically
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a medical device product marketing and/or product management role (6 years with an advanced degree)
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to understand complex hospital and health system business models
- Clinical & Economic Insight: Familiarity with hospital finance, health economics, and value analysis functions
- Collaboration & Influence: Proven track record of partnering with sales, clinical, and cross-functional teams
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience engaging with C-suite hospital administrators, service line leaders, and physician champions
- Marketing Expertise: Skilled in market assessment, segmentation, positioning, messaging, campaign development, and multichannel execution
- Product Value Communication: Ability to develop innovative strategies that articulate the value proposition of the AquaBeam and Hydros system
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Ability to monitor clinical literature, utilization trends, and competitive pipelines
- Field & KOL Engagement: Regularly engage with customers in clinical settings
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting, utilization analysis, and strategic prioritization
- Change Leadership: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments, manage change, and drive execution effectively
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written, and listening abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
