About the role

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience from contact to offer acceptance.
  • Perform market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks to align recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze effectiveness of strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
  • 4-6 years Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred).
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment (preferred).
