About the role
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience from contact to offer acceptance.
- Perform market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks to align recruitment efforts.
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze effectiveness of strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
- 4-6 years Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred).
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment (preferred).
