About the role

  • The PRM Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to support its marketing team and to help us continue to build our brand nationwide and raise awareness of women’s pelvic pain, female and male pelvic pain, and endometriosis.
  • As a member of the PRM Marketing Team, you will be integral in providing support and collaboration for the national brand and regional medical teams, while always focusing on how to collaborate and deliver best-in-class marketing for demand generation as a means of patient acquisition.
  • The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial strategy development to execution and performance analysis, by planning, designing, and overseeing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific marketing goals.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, lead generation, patient acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • You will be responsible for closely monitoring results and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Currently, in 14 offices nationwide, PRM’s marketing strategy is all about education, validation, and meeting the patients where they are.
  • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify target audiences and develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and propose budget allocations.
  • Research healthcare market trends and competitor analysis nationally and locally to inform campaign direction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution.
  • Create compelling campaign creative assets across various channels including email, social media, website, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution across the marketing team, operations team, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Track campaign performance metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments in real-time.
  • Regularly present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and results.
  • Guide content strategy and creation in collaboration with marketing team partners.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities in paid and owned channels while working closely with the marketing team and leadership stakeholders, as well as influencers and partners.
  • Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, concise, jargon-free language that is accessible to all types of audiences.
  • Assist with marketing needs for physician onboarding including the creation of bios, Google listings, reputation management, website updates, photos and all associated collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a relevant healthcare field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Understanding of digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC
  • Experience writing content for social media and blogs (experience with social media tools and paid social campaigns is a plus)
  • Experience with local platforms: GMB, Yelp
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, with assignments from both superiors and internal departments
  • Excellent organizational and project management expertise, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks according to goals
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, administrators, clinicians and patients
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML/web publishing/WordPress
  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments and high-growth companies
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio, PowerBI, and ECW a plus
