About the role
- Assist product management team in product development, research, and market analysis.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to support development and commercialisation of assigned hardware category.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
- Craft detailed product requirements based on research findings and stakeholder inputs.
- Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Document and report issues or bugs to the development team and support creation of test plans and test cases.
- Develop and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
- Support the marketing team in creating engaging content and marketing collaterals for product promotions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, collect customer feedback, and prepare regular reports on product performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management, market research, and marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
