About the role
- Keep the employee journey running smoothly, from onboarding and payroll through to offboarding
- Be a go-to person for Primigos with questions or requests, handling tickets through our Wrangle Slack app
- Help make sure every Primigo is paid accurately and on time by supporting global payroll and benefits
- Provide operational support for key people projects and initiatives, from preparing materials to tracking actions and keeping things moving
- Coordinate company-wide Townhalls: content coordination and logistics for biweekly and quarterly sessions
- Help coordinate annual retreat and team workations logistics
- Champion remote life: join rituals, share updates, and help Primigos stay connected and informed
- Maintain people platforms (HiBob, Remote, Notion) with clear documentation and help build/keep integrations running
- Run audits on people data to ensure accuracy and spot/fix issues early
Requirements
- Already had your first experience in a People, Operations, or EA role and looking to step up
- Love spotting problems and jumping in to solve them
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning and using modern tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Pitch, Google Workspace, AI tools)
- Communicate well for async remote work
- Great eye for detail
- Must have full working rights in the country you will be based in (we are unable to provide sponsorships at this time)
