• Keep the employee journey running smoothly, from onboarding and payroll through to offboarding
• Be a go-to person for Primigos with questions or requests, handling tickets through our Wrangle Slack app
• Help make sure every Primigo is paid accurately and on time by supporting global payroll and benefits
• Provide operational support for key people projects and initiatives, from preparing materials to tracking actions and keeping things moving
• Coordinate company-wide Townhalls: content coordination and logistics for biweekly and quarterly sessions
• Help coordinate annual retreat and team workations logistics
• Champion remote life: join rituals, share updates, and help Primigos stay connected and informed
• Maintain people platforms (HiBob, Remote, Notion) with clear documentation and help build/keep integrations running
• Run audits on people data to ensure accuracy and spot/fix issues early
