• Define and lead strategic initiatives that align with the long-term strategies of BHI and our brands
• Source, structure, negotiate, and personally oversee the execution of high-stakes, multi-brand partnerships
• Maintain a leading-edge perspective on the GenAI technology landscape
• Cultivate and influence relationships with Senior Executive Stakeholders
• Establish and manage key relationships with outside organizations
• Develop and deliver C-level executive-level presentations on strategy, priorities and impact
• Manage day-to-day activities including project and pipeline tracking and reporting.

Paralegal

• Collaborate with the Legal team on SEC filings and keep our corporate governance policies organized and state-of-the-art
• Keep our board of directors and committee meeting agendas, material reviews, distributions, and administrative tasks humming along on schedule
• Lead records management for our board and committee materials
• Orchestrate arrangements for board meetings and our annual stockholders’ meeting
• Facilitate internal subsidiary management and corporate governance, including intercompany transactions
• Support the team's efforts around the Company's Insider Trading Policy, Section 16 filings, and corporate delegations of authority
• Navigate cross-border requirements for execution and certification of various corporate documents and filings
• Jump in on financing or similar transactions and projects as needed
• Additional corporate paralegal responsibilities and ad hoc projects with the Legal team
