About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end Ad Ops execution for Priceline campaigns, from intake through launch and in-flight optimization
- Execute trafficking across ad platforms (e.g., GAM) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including static banner setup, third-party tag implementation, targeting, tracking, and pacing
- Support billing alignment by creating billing sheets
- Provide reporting support, including campaign optimizations, recurring monthly performance analysis and ad hoc data requests
- Perform QA to ensure campaigns are set up and running correctly (targeting, flighting, creative rotation and pricing)
- Manage screenshots, mock-ups for client approval, and proof-of-performance requests
- Build and maintain campaign landing pages in CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful), ensuring accuracy and user experience
- Coordinate workflows across teams, manage requests, answer stakeholder questions, and handle escalations to resolution
- Drive process improvement and documentation, standardizing workflows, reducing rework, and enabling scalable operations
- Develop your Ad Operations expertise through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of digital advertising platforms and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field required
- A minimum of one-two years of experience in related field
- Foundational Ad Operations knowledge with experience or exposure to trafficking, QA, and reporting in at least one major ad server (e.g., Google Ad Manager) or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset; you are comfortable owning high-volume, business-critical workflows with minimal error tolerance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, translating business goals into operational execution
- Comfort operating in a high-volume, recurring task environment, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency effectively and keeping multiple workstreams organized
- A process-oriented mindset with a track record of documenting workflows, reducing friction, and improving SLAs over time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain issues, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
