• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Fraud Specialists, setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building a high-judgement, high-accountability team culture
• Own the Fraud Operations roadmap, defining priorities and aligning the function's objectives with broader business goals
• Design and formalise investigation standards, workflows, escalation protocols, and documentation frameworks across the team
• Define, track, and continuously improve Fraud Ops KPIs — including chargeback rate, dispute resolution SLAs, false positive rate, and financial exposure metrics
• Establish a governance cadence: risk reviews, exposure reviews, and threshold calibration with Finance and senior leadership
• Serve as the eyes on the ground for Product and Data, systematically translating what Specialists observe day-to-day into structured, actionable requirements
• Cross operational observations with data to identify gaps between what is happening on the ground and what detection models are actually capturing
• Partner with Product, Payments, and Finance as the primary fraud authority, influencing priorities and ensuring fraud risk is embedded in key decisions
• Own workforce planning and capacity management to ensure operational resilience
• Present fraud performance, risk insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive continuous process improvement through root cause analysis, policy adherence, and tooling evolution

• Preply is one of the largest advertisers in the Education Tech space. Our marketing operations span dozens of languages, thousands of creatives, and multiple acquisition channels. To keep growing at this scale, we need world-class products that take marketing channels to levels of performance impossible to reach manually.
• As the Senior Product Manager for MarTech Scale, you'll own the products that scale Preply's marketing channels far beyond what manual effort allows - across Paid Search, SEO, AI Search, Display (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Affiliates, and the next wave of channels yet to emerge.
• You'll partner with engineering, data, and marketing teams to build products that efficiently drive new subscribers to Preply at unprecedented scale.

Senior Product Manager – Martech

Learning and Development

• Own the talent development strategy
• Set a clear framework for how Preply invests in people's growth across levels and functions - and make sure it connects to our business priorities and leverages AI.
• Define our L&D policies and what "learning impact" looks like at Preply - build the metrics, track them, and use the data to continuously improve.
• Manage our external L&D budget and vendor relationships, ensuring we get real value from what we spend.
• Make the work visible - clearly communicate the value, outcomes, and strategic relevance of programs to the broader organization
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback; ship a v1 in days or weeks, not quarters
• Own and evolve Leadership Unlocked. Design new programmes that help to build on the existing content and define and track clear success metrics using data to improve our programmes
• Own leadership onboarding - ensuring new leaders arrive with the context, relationships, and clarity they need to move fast.
• Own onboarding content and success metrics in close partnership with People Operations, who own the process side.
• Own Preply's AI enablement learning programmes end to end: strategy, design, rollout, and iteration.
• Programme-manage the rollout across the company, working across functions to drive adoption and track real behaviour change.
• Keep pace with how AI is evolving and update programmes accordingly so we stay ahead.
• Work closely with People Partners to develop a clear point of view on what makes managers effective at Preply and translate that into practical, effective programmes. Bring structure to how Preply develops its managers - we have a foundation, and this person connects the dots, identifies the gaps, and builds on top of it with a clear point of view.
• Own the manager toolkit: resources that are usable day to day, not just good on paper.
• Track whether it's working. Manager effectiveness should show up in team health, retention, and performance data - not just post-programme surveys.

Talent Development Lead

Events

• Co-own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Preply’s flagship and large-scale events, such as One Preply, Chapter Offsites, and monthly community moments.
• Take hands-on ownership of event execution, with primary responsibility for organising and delivering events in our Barcelona hub, while supporting delivery across London and Kyiv.
• Define, manage, and continuously evolve the community event strategy across all Preply hubs, ensuring consistency, quality, and room for local experimentation.
• Translate Preply’s mission (Powering people’s progress), principles, and business priorities into engaging, high-quality event experiences.
• Plan and manage all operational aspects of events: timelines, logistics, run-of-show, venues, vendors, and on-site delivery.
• Act as a key operational decision-maker during live events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent participant experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with People teams, Employer Brand, and other stakeholders to align events with company priorities.
• Manage event budgets, suppliers, and tools, ensuring strong financial discipline and quality delivery.
• Track engagement and feedback metrics, run post-event retrospectives, and continuously improve formats and processes.
• Contribute to building scalable playbooks, standards, and best practices within the Workplace Experience team.
