About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Engineering hiring engine end to end.

- Track progress through data.
- Flag risks early and solve them fast.
- Lead top-of-funnel strategy for Engineering.
- Raise the hiring bar.
- Act as a player-coach within the TA team.
- Elevate TA craft across the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert-level engineering recruiting craft.
- Strong in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience turning workforce plans into hiring strategies.
- A track record of improving hiring systems at scale.
- Experience leading calibration and quality.
- A strong IC mindset with a genuine interest in growing as a people leader.
- Strong influence and communication skills.
- A team-first, low-ego approach.
- Fluency in English and readiness to work from Barcelona, London, or Kyiv, or openness to relocating to join us in Barcelona.
