Account Executive

• Leverage an existing book of business and industry contacts to generate new revenue within corporate relocation, moving, and storage organizations.
• Make up to 50 targeted outbound calls per day to relocation managers, mobility leaders, and executive decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and present customized vehicle transportation and logistics solutions.
• Build, manage, and expand strategic B2B accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships and retention.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure accurate scheduling, service execution, and high client satisfaction.

• Develop and grow dealership accounts within your assigned Atlanta-based territory
• Conduct in-person dealership visits, walk-ins, and relationship-building meetings
• Leverage your existing dealership network to generate new business
• Sell vehicle transportation and logistics services using a consultative, value-based approach
• Identify dealership pain points related to inventory movement, timing, cost, and reliability
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close high-value deals
• Execute a territory sales strategy aligned with revenue targets
• Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Monitor local market trends, dealership challenges, and competitor activity

Account Executive – Regional

Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting dealerships, fleet operators, relocation partners, and consumers.
• Build and optimize campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, digital advertising, and content marketing to drive inbound leads and booked shipments.
• Segment audiences using customer type, behavioral, and demographic data.
• Optimize websites, quote funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve results.
• Track and report key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer acquisition cost.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and service delivery goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and external vendors effectively.
• Identify and manage participation in national automobile transportation, automotive, fleet, and relocation trade shows.
• Attend events nationwide to engage prospects, partners, and customers, and support sales efforts.

• Plan and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries, ensuring optimal routing and timely execution.
• Ensure that accounts are monitored, and properly serviced according to that accounts SLA’s.
• Track the location and status of vehicles using GPS and other tracking systems, ensuring adherence to schedules and addressing any delays or issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Provide clear instructions and updates to all parties involved.
• Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any problems or discrepancies that arise during transportation, including route changes, delays, or vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
