• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individual customers nationwide regarding vehicle transportation services.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey — from initial inquiry, quoting a price to booking car delivery.
• Generate quotes, present pricing options, and close sales while delivering excellent service and building trust.
• Proactively work with Customer Support by collaborating on shipment status, handling changes, and addressing any service concerns.
• Educate customers on service options, delivery timelines, insurance, and company policies to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CargoTel system.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Account Manager, B2C

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to make calls to Car/ Auto/ Vehicle Dealerships and sell Auto Transportation services.
• Prior experience in sales or account management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree
