About the role

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting dealerships, fleet operators, relocation partners, and consumers.
  • Build and optimize campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, digital advertising, and content marketing to drive inbound leads and booked shipments.
  • Segment audiences using customer type, behavioral, and demographic data.
  • Optimize websites, quote funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve results.
  • Track and report key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and service delivery goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external vendors effectively.
  • Identify and manage participation in national automobile transportation, automotive, fleet, and relocation trade shows.
  • Attend events nationwide to engage prospects, partners, and customers, and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in service-based or logistics-related industries with B2B and B2C exposure.
  • Proven success executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
