About the role
- Member of the Client Services team in the development and deployment of Access Genius, Precision AQ’s market access pull-through solution
- Build expertise in business requirements, testing, project management, SDLC processes, organization, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, and biopharmaceutical commercialization
- Collaborate with mentors and leadership to understand project initiation and facilitate learning and career growth
- Develop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilities
- Collect business requirements based on client input and perform testing of product offerings
- Develop, execute and maintain project plans; communicate accomplishments, risks and mitigation plans to keep project delivery on track
- Facilitate requirements for creative design and Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submission processes and develop competency in MRL review systems
- Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence and Application teams and key content experts
- Manage the client inquiry process to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be located in the Indianapolis area (hybrid role requiring one day a week in the office)
- Not able to provide sponsorship now or anytime in the future
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and potentially outside the company’s standard hours of operation when necessary
- Internet connection that will support working on large files, video and audio calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 5%

- (Preferred) Detail oriented self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- (Preferred) Project Management Software
