About the role

  • Work on impactful projects during a 12-week internship (May–August 2026)
  • Learn and understand the Lending portfolio of applications
  • Become familiar with application lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and sprint activities
  • Assist in coding, debugging, testing, or documentation
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and designers
  • Shadow team members for practical insights
  • Complete assigned learning modules and onboarding materials
  • Maintain a weekly log of learnings and progress
  • Manage and complete low-complexity tickets or bugs independently
  • Update Azure DevOps task boards with task status and notes
  • Present a summary at the CL ART Demo

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
  • Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter/self-directed
  • Understanding of general Information Technology and programming concepts
  • Experience with systems analysis, workflow, or procedural analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and presentations
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Skilled at analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis and make recommendations
  • Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements
  • Familiarity with designing and coding application solutions
  • Ability to develop and maintain solution documentation
  • Ability to identify business requirements
  • Ability to prepare test data; conduct unit and string testing; debug code and systems components
