About the role
- Author Business and Functional Requirements Documents (BRD’s / FRD’s) for SMB KYC related applications
- Liaise with KYC Ops, AML Compliance, Business Groups, Technology, PBWM and other Lines of Business to gather, translate and understand enhancement requests
- Propose and gain consensus on future state processes focused on operational efficiencies and improved customer experience
- Assist facilitation of global prioritization processes representing SMB in cross-functional forums
- Support development of project plans, test plans and change management plans for CitiKYC enhancements and releases
- Support testing, organization readiness, communication & training for all releases on the CitiKYC platform
- Provide L3 Production Business Help Desk support
- Understand and support broader AML/KYC processes including transaction monitoring, client onboarding, account opening, renewals and screening
- Identify and escalate challenges to ensure successful and timely rollout of CitiKYC releases
- Contribute to modernization program to build rules-based platform and automation
- Build and maintain a work-class organization focused on talent, learning, and opportunity
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant AML/KYC Business Analysis work experience
- Experience in financial Institutional, preferably global; corporate and consumer banking experience, a plus
- Knowledge and working experience within a Solutions Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework
- Agile / Jira experience, preferred
- Proactive and able to work under own initiative; self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective prioritization and time management
- Exceptional ability to influence and motivate partners to the KYC process
- Strong leadership and relationship/team building skills
- Strong analytical / issue resolution skills and attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office Tools
- Project Management experience, a plus
- Knowledge and working experience across Institutional Clients – TTS, SFS/Custody, Global Banking, Markets and Private Banking, a plus
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent (experience more important than degree)
