About the role

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the investor experience, including onboarding, compliance/KYC processes, LP portals, and investor account management
  • Transform complex investor workflows into simple, elegant product experiences
  • Conduct interviews and research with LPs, investor relations teams, and fund operations to deeply understand user needs
  • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality, secure, and compliant products on schedule
  • Partner closely with compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and jurisdictional requirements
  • Drive adoption and satisfaction through continuous iteration and feedback gathering
  • Define success metrics and measure product performance, using data to guide decisions
  • Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle
  • Stay informed on trends in investor relations technology, compliance, and private market operations to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, investor relations, compliance technology, or private markets
  • Experience owning customer-facing, compliance-heavy product areas
  • Proven ability to work within highly regulated and security-sensitive environments
  • Demonstrated success in startup or high-growth environments
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to turn vision into executable roadmaps
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience defining and tracking success metrics
  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Strong understanding of investor onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and document/data management workflows (plus)
  • Domain knowledge of fund structures, LP–GP relationships, or private market operations (big plus)
