About the role
- Provide Onit application support and assist in software implementation projects
- Work closely with Harbor, Onit, and client resources to support Onit data migration and integration development projects
- Be open to learning new technologies to support Harbor implementation projects
- Work closely with clients and internal Harbor team to understand their business processes and configure solutions accordingly
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success
- Analyze client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Set accurate expectations with customers and proactively communicate updates throughout the support lifecycle
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Maintain high responsiveness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Provide training to Harbor resources in India to help them gain greater expertise in Onit
Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in software such as Onit, Evisort, Ironclad, TeamConnect, and Salesforce
- Solid understanding of business process automation tools
- Experience with platform-based configurable products
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to configure solutions based on client business processes
- Experience with Onit data migration and integration development projects
- Ability to analyze client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective resolutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn new technologies to support implementation projects
- Ability to provide training to Harbor resources in India
- Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success)
- Hybrid work requiring on-site presence in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada
