• Provide Onit application support and assist in software implementation projects
• Work closely with Harbor, Onit, and client resources to support Onit data migration and integration development projects
• Be open to learning new technologies to support Harbor implementation projects
• Work closely with clients and internal Harbor team to understand their business processes and configure solutions accordingly
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success
• Analyze client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
• Set accurate expectations with customers and proactively communicate updates throughout the support lifecycle
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Maintain high responsiveness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Provide training to Harbor resources in India to help them gain greater expertise in Onit
