Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor
Engage with customers onsite and remotely during pre-sales to deliver technical expertise, POC/POV ownership, and workshops
Collaborate with Sales to shape and execute strategies that drive GitLab adoption and exceed revenue targets
Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Customer Success Plans and technical evaluations, including tender/audit support
Build deep customer relationships to create GitLab advocates and capture customer feedback for Product, Sales, and Marketing
Maintain and share market and technology knowledge through training, certification, and reusable working examples
Educate customers on GitLab platform capabilities and support successful deployment and adoption
Run Value Stream Assessments and other strategic client engagements to demonstrate value and drive platform usage
Requirements
Self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting
Proficiency in connecting technology solutions to measurable business value
Ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical problems
Engage with customers, both onsite and remotely, by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process

Run Value Stream Assessments in accounts with support from a Senior SA
