About the role
- Drive the development and sales of innovative resources that address client data integration issues.
- Develop key account strategies that enable business growth across products, platforms, and services.
- Maintain and surpass sales forecasts for inline account targets.
- Manage strategic accounts via account planning and oversee project delivery.
- Build and maintain key relationships with senior customer leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required. Masters or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of work experience in a data driven professional service firm servicing the pharma (life sciences) industry.
- Experience or leadership roles in customer engagement roles or in Sales Ops, Analytics or IT.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech business, marketing, financial and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical commercial sales operations and related capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of all parties in pharma commercialization and how they interact.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and developing team capabilities and culture.
- Experience in influencing without authority and driving executive level decision-making.
