About the role
- Understand clients' business challenges and advise on strategic questions
- Help clients define and achieve business goals and prepare annual strategic/tactical plans
- Prepare individual campaign/project plans and oversee execution
- Manage and strengthen client relationships and serve as an extension of the client’s team
- Propose, sell to clients, and oversee ideas and projects tied to clients’ objectives
- Initiate and oversee Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients and manage day-to-day client-Precision AQ communication
- Closely manage clients’ budgets and team efficiency to maximize return
- Work with internal teams to exceed client expectations and identify/cultivate new business opportunities
- Mentor, train, and coach team members
- Stay abreast of scientific, competitor, and regulatory developments
- Prepare and review materials, participate in and/or lead client calls, and support live meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred
- At least 1-year account management experience within the medical communications or related industry
- PowerPoint design proficiency
- Strong strategic and analytical background
- Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Resourcefulness, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence
- Ability to travel to and attend live meetings with clients and/or healthcare practitioners as needed
