About the role
- Lead social strategy, manage daily execution, and deliver measurable growth across platforms
- Oversee and help approve social media content and posts across X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Rumble, and podcasts
- Create, optimize, and manage daily content that leverages breaking news and trending topics
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization's mission, values, and brand voice
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to drive strategy decisions
- Elevate storytelling through high-impact, timely campaigns
- Collaborate across teams to capture in-the-moment content that fuels engagement
- Oversee content planning and performance and identify opportunities to expand reach and engagement
- Report to the VP of Social Media & Communications
Requirements
- 7-8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
- A deep understanding of social media strategy, audience growth, and content trends
- A track record of success on platforms like YouTube, X, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, plan ahead, and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional writing, communication, preparation, and organizational skills
- A passion for digital storytelling and the ability to turn insights into action
- A strong leader and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical, problem-solving mindset and strong discernment and tenacity
