Provide executive-level guidance across key HR disciplines, including organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, legal compliance, leadership development, and cultural transformation
Build strong partnerships with senior technical leadership to drive change, influence decision-making, and embed talent strategy into business planning
Drive the HR vision and execution of people strategies to deliver positive results
Serve as a link between management and employees and provide HR support and coaching to all levels of the organization
Proactively assess and execute on talent management strategies to support individual and team growth and development
Provide high-impact coaching to senior managers and emerging leaders; support leadership capability building and development planning
Provide day-to-day coaching to management on employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational design consultation
Partner with stakeholders on the People and Workplace Team to facilitate HR processes and ensure operational excellence
Provide counsel regarding human resource and employee issues and assist in employee dispute resolution with attention to legal and ethical considerations
Use and request data strategically; identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data and interpret analyses tied to business priorities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in a HRBP role, supporting 500+ employees
Tech industry experience highly preferred
Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams preferred
Experience in employee relations, training & development, compliance, change management, organizational development, and talent management
In-depth knowledge of nationwide labor laws; international HR labor laws a plus
Empathetic and engaging interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills at all levels
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
