Aero Services Business Analyst

Manager

The Commercial Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth, profitability, and team development within their designated region (Mid-south: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama).
Lead a team comprising Commercial Territory Managers and an Inside Salesperson, working collaboratively alongside the Collision Region Managers to achieve regional and organizational goals.
Implement commercial strategies in the designated region and influence marketing strategies across North America through established distribution networks and direct accounts, to meet established growth and profit targets.
Report to the Commercial Zone Manager.
Lead the recruitment, training, organization, and development of a regional sales team that can reach diverse market segments and achieving growth and profitability goals.
Oversee the development of the sales pipeline within the region, ensuring progress and the achievement of sales targets.
Manage controllable expenses with budgetary guidelines to improve profitability.
Foster team engagement and promote diversity within the regional sales organization.
Collaborate with the Collision Region Manager to align commercial and collision sales strategies and maximize market coverage.
Implement the sales organization structure following our overall strategic direction.

Commercial Regional Manager

• Subject matter expert for environmental regulatory matters and support environmental compliance programs at designated PPG sites primarily in the Ohio-East region, but could include other locations within the United States and Canada.
• Oversee and ensure 100% compliance is met for all environmental regulatory standards (state and federal), permits, best practices, and other guidelines for the region.
• Ensure PPG's task management system is utilized and appropriately updated to ensure that all required environmental tasks are assigned and completed.
• Ensure all required environmental documents and reports are completed accurately and submitted per regulatory or PPG requirements.
• Prepare the PPG sites for potential government agency inspections and managing any follow-up.
• Develop procedures, training, and mentorship to assure implementation of environmental requirements.
• Manage follow-up and closure of environmental findings from agency and internal compliance audits.
• Identify emerging environmental issues at the federal, state and local levels.
• Ensure that all site environmental plans such as SWPPP, RMP, RCRA contingency, and SPCC meet regulatory and are being implemented by the facility.
• Ensure all waste contractors being used by sites align with PPG's global waste stewardship program.
• Ensure the appropriate review for environmental impacts for capital projects.
• Assess the applicability of new environmental regulations at sites within the position's region and assist in implementation of procedures and programs to ensure compliance.
• Participate as a member of the US and Canada environmental committee to develop standard tools, templates, training, procedures and to share standard methodologies.
• Assess overall compliance performance and implement actions to address areas of concern.

• Integrity and administration of activities within the Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time Collection system to ensure proper collection, distribution and reporting of R&D labor costs for PPG's Allison Park and Monroeville locations.
• Maintain integrity of the employee and contract employee data within the Deltek systems; communicate with HR Shared Services, HR representatives, Finance Managers and Supervisors to ensure employee records are accurate.
• Deltek Projects and Mapping Tables: maintenance on non-Government R&D projects and mapping table updates as required. Coordinate with Portfolio Process Owner on mapping for the PLM system.
• Assign Employee Workforce to Projects: Maintain workforce on the Deltek projects across R&D sites. Coordinate with finance managers and R&D site project managers to ensure proper workforce is assigned to R&D and Government project numbers.
• Deltek Time Collection System: Importing employee data file into the Deltek time collection system from Deltek Costpoint. Provide time collection training for new employees and provide support to approximately 500+ users as required; Maintain a log of user training for the time collection system and timekeeping policy acknowledgement forms.
• Payroll Reporting: Responsible for review and reporting of non-exempt timesheets for completeness and accuracy; Submit the Bi-Weekly report for approval and payroll processing.
• Audit Assistance: Assist with Incurred Cost, CFR required grant audits, provisional rate audit; Includes collection and review of requested documentation and helping prepare spreadsheets.
