About the role
- Oversee an organization that provides site support for Automotive OEM assembly plants in the United States and Canada
- Part of the Optima Solutions Americas Leadership Team and manage Optima Solutions Managers
- Report to the Optima Solutions Regional Director
- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with Optima Solutions business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Oversee regional operations for efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 10 + years' experience in a commercial or technical service role with a proven record of leadership, and people management
- Experience in managing a cross regional, country and team boundaries
- Demonstrable market, customer awareness and product technical knowledge are essential
- Knowledge of all customer coatings application equipment and processes
- Ability to lead a large team and interface effectively with technical, sales, marketing and manufacturing management
- Estimated 25% travel - Travel within the region is expected
