The Commercial Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth, profitability, and team development within their designated region (Mid-south: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama).
Lead a team comprising Commercial Territory Managers and an Inside Salesperson, working collaboratively alongside the Collision Region Managers to achieve regional and organizational goals.
Implement commercial strategies in the designated region and influence marketing strategies across North America through established distribution networks and direct accounts, to meet established growth and profit targets.
Report to the Commercial Zone Manager.
Lead the recruitment, training, organization, and development of a regional sales team that can reach diverse market segments and achieving growth and profitability goals.
Oversee the development of the sales pipeline within the region, ensuring progress and the achievement of sales targets.
Manage controllable expenses with budgetary guidelines to improve profitability.
Foster team engagement and promote diversity within the regional sales organization.
Collaborate with the Collision Region Manager to align commercial and collision sales strategies and maximize market coverage.
Implement the sales organization structure following our overall strategic direction.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of broader business strategies.
Identify and use main competitive advantages and Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests value propositions to customers.
Use multiple go-to-market channels, including Platinum distributors, and multi-line distribution and direct accounts to maximize sales reach.
Build relationships with customers and distributors at multiple organizational levels.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
6 or more years of experience in sales or related activities.
Knowledge of sales processes; market knowledge is advantageous.
Experience researching and generating leads with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
Experience engaging with customers at multiple organizational levels and throughout the value chain.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
