- As an SDR, Team Lead, you will be the consummate player/coach both leading in the trenches by example and helping to develop the skills/abilities of your colleagues with 80% of your time spent crushing quota and 20% helping others.
- Work directly with the Manager of Sales Development on tactical coaching/development plans.
- Responsible for managing prebuilt personalized reports and communicating progress.
- Contribute to cadence strategy and messaging; create personalized/customized cadence content.
- Build new opportunities through self-sourced outbound prospecting activities and maintain pipeline.
- Proficiency in report running as it relates to building cadences and targeted outreach.
- Mentor and develop new and existing Sales Development Representatives; prepare, plan, execute and document coaching and development plans.
- Report to Sales Development Manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results related to SDR coaching and development plans.
- Ensure accurate contact data for all engaged accounts and opportunities; research district initiatives and key points of contact.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant and related work experience.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
