Customer Success Manager

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring alignment with PowerSchool’s customer-centric values and product adoption goals.
• Guide the team in driving product adoption, usage maturity, and customer enablement activities to ensure clients see measurable value.
• Oversee ongoing customer relationship management, ensuring regular strategic touchpoints that assess health, gather feedback, and strengthen executive alignment.
• Identify early indicators of account dissatisfaction or risk and partner cross-functionally to address barriers to success.
• Support retention efforts by ensuring the team maintains strong health metrics, mitigates risk proactively, and drives strong alignment between customer goals and PowerSchool solutions.
• Work closely with EICs, Account Management, Support, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that elevate the consistency and effectiveness of customer success activities.

Manager, Customer Success

• Act as a client-facing subject matter expert for a solution area and assist with client product awareness, understanding and adoption
• Serve as an adoption advisor to clients who need additional product support during their client journey
• Meets with key client stakeholders identified by teammates to consult on adopting and using the implemented software
• Partner with the Customer Success Manager to help develop and track annual goals in alignment with the school/district mission, vision, and strategic plan.
• Fulfill requests submitted by the account team for assistance with clients in their assigned territory.
• Upon request, share reports and other data analysis to inform a client of their continued progress against high level goals.

Product Manager

• Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to define and write product features to be implemented by the Scrum Team.
• Assist in the definition of high-value extensions and enhancements to PowerSchool’s Administration product portfolio.
• Follow the Agile development process, to define the scope of work for the Scrum team by creating user stories, developing acceptance criteria and refining the product backlog.
• Work with product management and subject matter experts, apply incremental delivery principles to working practices, driving the delivery of value through your teams; communicating progress, eliciting feedback and enabling stakeholder reviews for validation in the process.
• Use skills to advance the progress of the Agile maturity model and provide timely reporting to Senior Management to ensure corporate objectives are being met.
