Vice President

• The Regional Vice President, Field Sales owns expansion and retention performance for a field region by leading a team of Enterprise sellers and coordinating cross-functional resources to land, adopt, and expand within large K–12 accounts.
• Hire, develop, and lead Account Executives (AEs) to consistent attainment of on-time renewals, multi-suite expansion, and new logo expansion.
• Run a rigorous operating cadence that includes weekly forecast reviews, weekly 1:1s, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews with clear actions and owners and dates.
• Inspect pipeline quality and deal health in Salesforce; coach to stage exit criteria, mutual close plans, MEDDPICC hygiene, risk mitigation, and slip reduction.
• Approve and enforce account plans that map whitespace, executive sponsors, state initiatives, services attach, and next plays by persona; ensure governance with customers is in place and effective.
• Partner with Customer Success and Services leaders to improve adoption, services attach, retention readiness, and renewal execution across the book.
• Coordinate state strategy with Area leadership and the State Strategy function including stakeholder mapping, procurement vehicles, and coordinated pursuits.
• Remove blockers and orchestrate overlay teams including Solution Consulting, Services Sales, and Sales Development to raise win quality on complex pursuits.
• Provide market, competitive, and policy insights to inform offer structure, pricing, options, and regional GTM refinements.
• Travel regularly (50–60%), including multi-state trips, to support high-impact initiatives such as advancing strategic deals, leading onsite demos, and facilitating executive workshops, especially during peak business cycles.

Director, Solution Sales

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Serve as a core member of the finance leadership team and trusted advisor to the executive team.
• Align financial strategy with business goals, supporting growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Consultant

• Build deep expertise in a defined product group and associated buyer personas; act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for active sales opportunities and represent the right product domain in multi-product pursuits.
• Partner with SDRs and AEs in early discovery to qualify opportunities and assess alignment of systems, data flows, integration points, and non-functional requirements (e.g., security, scalability, accessibility) to support pursuit strategy.
• Translate functional requirements into actionable solution designs and configuration options; lead product proofs of concept (POCs) to validate solution fit and convert pipeline.
• Document MEDDPICC-aligned insights, particularly Metrics and Decision Criteria, in CRM in pursuit documentation.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive responses to RFPs and RFIs that address the needs of functional buyers.
• Serve as the SKU configuration SME to validate quotes against the proposed solution and customer technical landscape.
• Design and deliver persona-specific demos, workshops, and proofs of concept that align product capabilities with buyer outcomes and Decision Criteria.
• Maintain demo environments with up-to-date data, reusable scripts, scenario assets, and runbooks that support Sales progression.
• Prepare detailed post-sale handoff materials to ensure seamless transitions to Services and Customer Success.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Enablement teams on gaps, objections, and content needed based on real-world sales cycles to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
• Travel extensively (60–75%), with weekly customer visits common.

Solution Consultant

Customer Success Manager

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring alignment with PowerSchool’s customer-centric values and product adoption goals.
• Guide the team in driving product adoption, usage maturity, and customer enablement activities to ensure clients see measurable value.
• Oversee ongoing customer relationship management, ensuring regular strategic touchpoints that assess health, gather feedback, and strengthen executive alignment.
• Identify early indicators of account dissatisfaction or risk and partner cross-functionally to address barriers to success.
• Support retention efforts by ensuring the team maintains strong health metrics, mitigates risk proactively, and drives strong alignment between customer goals and PowerSchool solutions.
• Work closely with EICs, Account Management, Support, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that elevate the consistency and effectiveness of customer success activities.
• Act as a senior escalation point for customer concerns, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Manager, Customer Success

• Act as a client-facing subject matter expert for a solution area and assist with client product awareness, understanding and adoption
• Serve as an adoption advisor to clients who need additional product support during their client journey
• Meets with key client stakeholders identified by teammates to consult on adopting and using the implemented software
• Partner with the Customer Success Manager to help develop and track annual goals in alignment with the school/district mission, vision, and strategic plan.
• Fulfill requests submitted by the account team for assistance with clients in their assigned territory.
• Upon request, share reports and other data analysis to inform a client of their continued progress against high level goals.
• Work cross-functionally to recognize areas of risk and identify solutions to optimize outcomes for customer retention.
• Support the CSM on escalations that may require product-specific knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Upon request, engage with identified client to provide recommendations for optional product usage
• Work across the Success team to support any customer meeting and/or review that requires product knowledge expertise for the discussion
• Serve as an internal consultant to other projects functions related to solutions where EIC has expertise.
• As needed, consult on PowerSchool implementation engagements post go-live to ensure client has access to ongoing resources to drive usage and adoption
• Facilitate EIC-led user group webinars and act as product expert to guide webinar attendees to successfully learn about product releases, roadmap, seasonal product-specific topics, and solution area best practices.
