• Market and operational analysis: You will research and evaluate growth opportunities, including assessing new markets, care delivery models, and potential partners. You will build frameworks that help the leadership team compare options and make decisions with confidence.
• Due diligence support: You will gather, organize, and synthesize information across financial, operational, regulatory, and clinical dimensions. You will build diligence trackers, document findings, and surface the questions that need answers before a decision can move forward.
• Project and process management: You will manage workstreams with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. You will track open items, own timelines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will know where every workstream stands and flag risks before they become problems.
• Stakeholder communication: You will prepare materials for internal and external audiences, including memos, briefings, and structured summaries. You will communicate clearly across functions and adapt your output to what each audience needs.
• Cross-functional coordination: You will work across clinical, operations, finance, and legal work streams. You will not own each of those domains, but you will be the connective tissue that keeps them moving together.
