About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work with design, engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and business logic before work begins.
You write and maintain the documentation that keeps teams aligned.
You drive feature launches from testing through release.
You own the systems that measure how features perform after they go live.
You capture what was decided, by whom, and why.
You use AI tools daily to accelerate your own work, writing requirements documentation, synthesizing meeting notes, surfacing action items, drafting release notes, and automating your work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in or alongside design and engineering teams. You understand how software gets built.
Demonstrated AI fluency: You already use AI tools daily to write faster, research better, and automate parts of your and team's workflows. We will ask you to show us how.
Strong written communication: Clear, direct, and precise.
Experience writing requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with project and task management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
The ability to create structure where there is none. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a system.
Experience shipping products for operations or clinical teams as a key user.
Have worked on small teams responsible for shipping outsized outcomes.
Background in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations.
Preferred: Experience in a startup or early-stage company.
Preferred: Background in product management, program management, product operations, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Experience coordinating end-to-end product launches, including training and readiness.
