About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse engineering team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- 8-20 years of experience in engineering roles
- Expertise in rotary mechanical equipment like Pumps, Air Blowers, Air Compressors, Agitators, Mixers
- Proficient in process equipment like Screens, Clarifiers, Sludge thickening & Dewatering equipment
- Knowledge of various industrial design codes and material standards like ASME, API, ISO, HIS, AWWA & ASTM
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results
- Technical proficiency in water treatment engineering
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
