• Troubleshoot and repair laser-based medical systems, including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software components

Trainer

• Deliver professional, on-site training to customers on the operation, safety, and maintenance of medical laser systems
• Tailor training sessions to the customer’s clinical environment, device type, and treatment protocols
• Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning and ensure confidence
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, customer feedback, and device usage
• Collaborate with MRP’s service and sales teams to identify additional training or device needs
• Generate and submit accurate invoices for completed training sessions in a timely manner
• Represent MRP with professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset

Procurement

• Proactive Sourcing: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) to identify and acquire assets.
• End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead the entire procurement lifecycle, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, equipment inspection (remote/virtual), and delivery logistics.
• Pipeline Excellence: Maintain precise CRM data and reporting to ensure total visibility into the procurement funnel.

Capital Equipment Procurement Specialist

• Source equipment through: Manufacturer reps, Clinics, medspas, and physicians, Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels, Social platforms and industry marketplaces
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
• Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals
• Manage deals from sourcing through: Signed agreement, Inspection coordination, Final delivery to MRP
• Track all activity in CRM and internal systems (Salesforce, LaserMatch, Jira)
• Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual)
• Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly

Engineer

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on aesthetic laser equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently
• Ability to operate basic electronic and laser test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, Ophir energy meters, etc
• Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption to the client
• Execute technical tasks involved in installing, modifying, and repairing laser and energy based devices
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issues, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain complex technical information clearly and understandably
