About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on aesthetic laser equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently
- Ability to operate basic electronic and laser test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, Ophir energy meters, etc
- Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site, providing solutions that minimize downtime and disruption to the client
- Execute technical tasks involved in installing, modifying, and repairing laser and energy based devices
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issues, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain complex technical information clearly and understandably
- Willingness to travel to client sites and flexibility to accommodate their schedules when applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree in laser, electronics, or related field preferred
- Possess basic skills in mechanical assembly and light equipment handling
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and other relevant software
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
