About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoot and repair laser-based medical systems, including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software components
- Perform installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance
- Disassemble and diagnose malfunctioning systems and handpieces
- Replace or repair defective parts and calibrate equipment per manufacturer guidelines
- Document service activities, including service reports, installation records, and customer communications
- Generate and submit accurate invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
- Provide clear, professional technical support to customers
- Maintain safety and compliance standards during all service activities
- Identify and refer customers to MRP’s sales team for potential device acquisitions, upgrades, or trade-ins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1–2 years of experience servicing aesthetic laser equipment
- Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical and electronic systems (laser and optics)
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Ophir energy meters
- Light mechanical assembly experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments
- Technical proficiency with aesthetic energy-based devices
