About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Troubleshoot and repair laser-based medical systems, including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software components
  • Perform installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance
  • Disassemble and diagnose malfunctioning systems and handpieces
  • Replace or repair defective parts and calibrate equipment per manufacturer guidelines
  • Document service activities, including service reports, installation records, and customer communications
  • Generate and submit accurate invoices for completed service work in a timely manner
  • Provide clear, professional technical support to customers
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards during all service activities
  • Identify and refer customers to MRP’s sales team for potential device acquisitions, upgrades, or trade-ins

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience servicing aesthetic laser equipment
  • Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical and electronic systems (laser and optics)
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Ophir energy meters
  • Light mechanical assembly experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments
  • Technical proficiency with aesthetic energy-based devices
