Key responsibilities & impact

Source equipment through: Manufacturer reps, Clinics, medspas, and physicians, Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels, Social platforms and industry marketplaces
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals
Manage deals from sourcing through: Signed agreement, Inspection coordination, Final delivery to MRP
Track all activity in CRM and internal systems (Salesforce, LaserMatch, Jira)
Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual)
Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly
Daily Expectations: This is a performance-based role with clear activity requirements: 40-50 outbound calls per day, Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily, Consistent follow-up on active deals and pipeline, Accurate CRM documentation and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years in B2B sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
Experience with capital equipment or medical devices (preferred)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) (preferred)
Background in aesthetics or healthcare sales (preferred)
