About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source equipment through: Manufacturer reps, Clinics, medspas, and physicians, Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels, Social platforms and industry marketplaces
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
  • Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals
  • Manage deals from sourcing through: Signed agreement, Inspection coordination, Final delivery to MRP
  • Track all activity in CRM and internal systems (Salesforce, LaserMatch, Jira)
  • Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual)
  • Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly
  • Daily Expectations: This is a performance-based role with clear activity requirements: 40-50 outbound calls per day, Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily, Consistent follow-up on active deals and pipeline, Accurate CRM documentation and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years in B2B sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
  • Experience with capital equipment or medical devices (preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) (preferred)
  • Background in aesthetics or healthcare sales (preferred)
