• Support the documentation and standardisation of SCADA delivery workflows, including project intake, milestone tracking, and post-commissioning handoff procedures.

• Conduct process discovery across the lead-to-cash lifecycle (e.g., contracting, invoicing, billing, collections), including documenting current-state workflows and handoffs.
• Identify process breaks and root causes (including where issues originate in contracts, invoices, or upstream systems) and synthesize findings into clear problem statements.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and briefings summarizing insights, trade-offs, recommendations, and next steps.
• Support identification of data disconnects and root causes; document issues and potential remediation options to improve enterprise-wide data quality and usability.
• Create, maintain, and circulate discovery documentation (e.g., data inventories, data flow diagrams, issue logs, and decision logs) to drive alignment and execution.
• Memorialize key decisions and translate outcomes into decision-tree or lightweight governance artifacts to enable future clean-up and ongoing data hygiene checks.

• Conduct primary and secondary market research on EMS customers and competitors to build a detailed, fact-based view of the landscape.
• Use S&P data to develop a detailed customer analysis — segmenting buyers by type, size, and need to inform Power Factors’ commercial strategy.
• Map the competitive landscape in depth — documenting competitor capabilities, positioning, and gaps to inform product strategy.
• Synthesize findings into a polished executive presentation with clear strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team throughout — sharing progress, pressure-testing assumptions, and refining outputs based on feedback.

Attorney

• Assist with contract ingestion into the CLM, including tagging and metadata validation.
• Support the organization and clean-up of contract data within Pramata.
• Help map existing contracting workflows and processes into the CLM.
• Identify gaps between the desired future-state and current system configuration.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining contract templates and clause libraries.
• Help prepare internal user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials.
• Coordinate and document feedback from legal team users during early adoption.
• Support education of internal stakeholders on CLM use and best practices relevant to their departments.
• With additional time:
• o Inventory and document current legal AI tools in use (e.g., Harvey, Copilot, Claude, CLM AI features).

Customer Success Manager

• Account management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout their journey with Power Factors.
• Strategic advisor role: Create value for customers by gaining a deep understanding of their usage, needs, and objectives, and guide them on the best ways to leverage Power Factors solutions.
• Customer onboarding and go‑live: Support customers throughout commissioning projects, ensure follow-up after go-live, and promote continuous optimization of system usage.
• Product adoption: Actively support customers to fully utilize product features and capabilities to meet their business goals.
• Renewals, upsells and novations: Ensure smooth novations between EPCs and final plant owners. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support account growth, and ensure customer retention.
• Customer feedback: Collect customer feedback and communicate it to Product and Development teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of the software solutions.
• Analytics and performance metrics: Leverage customer data and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and drive positive customer success outcomes.
