Implementation Specialist

• Lead end-to-end implementations for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS customers
• Serve as the domain authority on how technically sophisticated customers, including Performance Engineering teams, Asset Management organizations, and Operations leaders, intend to use the platform and interpret its output
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate operational requirements and design into platform configuration, covering KPIs, dashboards, analytics, data onboarding, and integrations
• Review and validate implementation deliverables for technical accuracy, ensuring configured data structures and analytics outputs align with industry standards and customer expectations
• Drive UAT and production readiness through Technical Support handoff with the credibility of someone who has lived the workflows being validated

Full-stack Engineer

• Define and maintain Power Factors' enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails across all verticals
• Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Own the technical roadmap for cross-cutting platform capabilities (data platform, integration layer, identity, observability)
• Design for complex, high-availability systems where correctness, latency, and data integrity carry real operational and commercial consequences
• Partner with vertical leaders (SCADA, EMS, APM, Platform, CloudOps) to ensure local architecture decisions align with enterprise direction
