About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full IAM program: SSO, MFA, conditional access
- Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
- Design and enforce RBAC/ABAC access models
- Build automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Define IAM policies and procedures
- Monitor identity-related security events
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for all EU employees
- Administer the Microsoft 365 full suite
- Manage the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) at an admin level
- Drive adoption and governance of AI productivity tooling including Claude
- Own hardware lifecycle
- Lead IT onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain MDM/endpoint management (Intune or Jamf) and device patching
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of IT experience
- At least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security engineering
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Strong working knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP
- Proven experience administering the Microsoft 365 full suite
- Atlassian administration experience (Jira and Confluence)
- Scripting and automation ability (PowerShell required; Python a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with endpoint/device management (Intune or Jamf)
- Practical familiarity with AI productivity tools, particularly Claude
- Ability to operate independently
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills a significant plus
