About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the assigned PM Cluster with full end-to-end accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and team execution.
Define the Cluster’s operational priorities, structure workload across the PM team, and ensure the right resources are allocated to the right projects and regions at all times.
Monitor Cluster-level KPIs and health metrics across all portfolios and regions; escalate systemic delivery challenges to the VP, Center of Excellence with proposed mitigations.
Serve as the single point of escalation for delivery issues within the Cluster, proactively managing risks before they impact customer commitments.
Act as the senior customer-facing representative for all portfolios within the assigned Cluster, building and maintaining trusted relationships with customer executives and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in project and/or program management.
Experience in the energy, renewables, SCADA, or enterprise-technology sector.
Demonstrated track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, or a portfolio of projects, to successful delivery.
Experience directly managing or mentoring Project Managers.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
