Own execution, performance, and growth of Paid Search service within assigned book of business
Service complex, enterprise-level accounts with campaign creation, daily optimizations, and high-level strategy ownership
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance and client data sources of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)
Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients
Utilize AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow and employ AI technologies to optimize business processes
Participate in development of new department training materials
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department
Requirements
Ideally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
2+ years in an agency setting
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development) on large, enterprise-level accounts
Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
Experience working with client-specific data sources of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)
Familiarity with AI tools and outsourcing resources for workflow assistance
