Own execution, performance, and growth of Paid Search service within assigned book of business
Service complex, enterprise-level accounts with daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources (e.g., GA, Shopify)
Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions and assist in developing department training materials
Maintain frequent and excellent communication internally and externally with assigned clients
Seek to utilize AI and outsource resources to assist workflow and employ AI technologies to enhance business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
Requirements
Ideally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
2+ years in an agency setting
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing: campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
