About the role
- Creates, designs, and produces all materials, publications, and presentations in support of marketing, sales, and client support departments
- Manages and uses brand assets across publications and develops designs using brand standards
- Determines and applies design and compliance standards to materials from conception to delivery
- Reviews and edits promotional materials to adhere to style guidelines; develops and evolves guidelines
- Oversees updates and creation of quarterly reports including company overviews, market highlights, newsletters, and client-specific reports
- Establishes guidelines for presentations and provides internal consultation to relationship managers, investment team members, and management on graphic presentations
- Oversees preparation of meeting materials to enhance client relationships
- Participates in creative design for internal and external websites
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in design/marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, marketing, or related field (Preferred)
