About the role
- Build and maintain automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C across marketing channels
- Access and analyze data directly from marketing platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify performance insights
- Create and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance decks focusing on data storytelling and actionable recommendations
- Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and answer specific business questions
- Transform complex data into clear, concise visualizations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis
- Simplify and present findings eloquently, connecting data to business outcomes
- Employ AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and generate deeper insights
- Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting capabilities
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures, and customer journey
- Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio
- Understanding of statistical concepts like regression modeling, test/control analysis, etc.
- Experience creating performance presentations and conveying data narratives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
