About the role

  • Own and lead Postman’s monetization experience
  • Ensure a simple, clear, and personalized purchase/subscription process
  • Streamline pricing flows and develop intuitive purchasing options
  • Optimize billing practices and notifications to reduce churn and maximize revenue
  • Execute pricing and packaging changes with speed and clarity
  • Collaborate with Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to execute your roadmap
  • Partner with platform, ops, marketing teams, and leadership to launch cross-functional initiatives (e.g., pricing and packaging updates)
  • Introduce new payment methods in key new target markets
  • Improve UX for users and admins to reduce churn
  • Simplify pricing flows and purchase experience: streamline pricing pages; encourage annual plans
  • One-click purchase: create seamless options for users to upgrade or request add-ons
  • Improve notifications: increase clarity and trust on billing changes and auto-flex
  • Drive geographic expansion
  • Work closely with Finance to understand and institute payment methods to support various geographies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with at least one stint as a Monetization PM
  • A love for iteration, collaborative learning, and driving goals at all costs
  • Ability to simplify complex product challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and data-to-insight translation
  • System-level thinking and problem anticipation
  • User-centric, research-driven approach to roadmap prioritization
  • Unblock yourself by doing basic vibe coding / prototyping in figma
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Nice to have: Experience in high growth SaaS companies
  • Nice to have: Background in developer tools
